After a long day’s hike with a heavy backpack on my back; I take a shower, cook a simple dinner, and can’t wait to retreat into my tent to call the day. Even though my body was aching from head to toe, my eyes were hunger and greedy to see more. I also need a quite and relaxing moment. As I am holding a cup of tea to rehydrate myself and sitting on the picnic table in the camping area, suddenly, a glimpse of the sky catches my attention. Forget the aching body, I dive into my tent, grab the camera and tripod and run with only sandals on. This cloud is forming and changing rapidly. It’s like the entire sky is in motion or a cloud volcano exploding. I need a good angle to catch this. I run forward and then backward trying to find a sweet spot. Finally, after the cloud formation was gone and finishing taking pictures I found out I am actually standing on top of a picnic table surrounded by a group of people from the camping area who are also stunned and standing there like chopsticks by this speechless natural phenomenon.
